UX improvements

“Company” field shows 1Password options, this is not a good UX, you can add data-1p-ignore in the fields

Validate if the person is working in the company by asking for a work email, like teamblind.com or linkedin.com

The order selector does not work properly

• navigate to https://salariotransparente.com.br/salarios

• select “maior salario base” it will return a random value
